I take great pride in being one of the original onsite salespeople for the Lakemont Development in South Bellevue. Lakemont is a beautiful 450 acre planned community with 625 homesites divided into 14 different neighborhoods. An extensive trail and park system is woven within and around this amazing property on the North side of Cougar Mountain.

With the addition of Lakemont, The Pinnacle, and Montruex, to the existing neighborhoods of Sky Mountain/Vuemont, Lakemont Woods and the Summit, this area overlooking Lake Sammamish and The Cascade Mountains has become of the finest communities anywhere on the Eastside.

10 minutes to downtown Bellevue, 20 minutes to Seattle and a few more to Sea-Tac airport not to mention only 45 minutes to Snoqualmie Pass and unlimited recreational possibilities underscores the tried and true theme of Location, Location, Location!
